Sir Richard Aikens retired from the Court of Appeal and Divisional Court bench at the end of 2015. Extradition practitioners will be familiar with him from a host of leading judgments dealing with matters from technical arguments (s.2, s12A) to prison conditions.
David Josse QC is a barrister specialising in extradition, human rights, international war crimes and serious crime, both nationally and internationally.
