5 St Andrew's Hill invites you to attend the first seminar in our Autumn Series at 5SAH. The seminar will be presented by our expert barristers in our Business Crime and Asset Forfeiture, Confiscation and Civil Recovery Teams.

Andrew Bird: Introduction and chair of the seminar.
The seminar will cover an overview of the new Act with in-depth analysis of:
- The relevant changes to POCA;
- Unexplained wealth orders;
- Powers in relation to terrorism offences.
Gary Pons: Provides his analysis of the new corporate offence of failing to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion.
The Seminar will take place on Thursday evening at 6pm with drinks and nibbles to follow.
