Extradition outside the EU: Evidence in Part 2 cases
5SAH invites you to attend our third seminar in our Autumn Series of Seminars: 2019. The event will be presented by our expert barristers in our Extradition and International Team.
The seminar will be presented by Louisa Collins and Danielle Barden, who will examine:
- The issues of admissibility of evidence in Part 2 cases under the prima facie case principles as well as extradition offences in complex cases.
- Including discussion on jurisdictions including: Nigeria, India and the UAE.
The seminar is aimed at practitioners who both prosecute and defend in Extradition and International law.
The event will take place on Thursday evening at 6pm with drinks and nibbles to follow the event.
