The Trade and Cooperation Agreement has changed how the UK and EU deal with requests for the recognition of freezing and confiscation orders.
This virtual classroom seminar will provide an analysis of the changes and will also look at both incoming and outgoing requests to the UK and consider how they will be treated in the future.
