On 9th July 2010 James Fletcher represented the Serious Organised Crime Agency in a successful application to obtain the recovery of criminal assets including houses, high value motor vehicles, number plates, antiques and watches from a criminal who has been “on the run” since 2008 on the basis that the assets had been obtained through drug trafficking and money laundering.
