Ben Keith instructed by Lawrence and Co Solicitors secures discharge in another Ukraine extradition case. On Friday 19 July Deputy Senior District Judge Arbuthnot discharged the Defendant, TV on Human Rights Grounds, Article 3 ECHR, prison conditions and Article 6 ECHR fair trial rights. This is Mr Keith’s 5th successful Ukrainian extradition case.
