On Friday 5 September 2014 Mr Justice Mitting allowed the extradition appeal of Mr Skowron. The judge took into account the 18 months served on electronic curfew in spite of a refusal to consider the matter by the Polish Courts. The Appellant was discharged under Article 8 ECHR.
