James Fletcher successfully applied on behalf of the National Crime Agency for a Court Receiver to be appointed to sell the assets of William Reidy, who was convicted of a string of environmental offences relating to the deposit of hazardous waste including asbestos.

In granting the Receivership, HHJ Durham-Hall QC sitting at the Bradford Crown Court commended Mr Fletcher’s work and presentation of the case.
