Extradition to Turkey discharged. On 24 September 2014 District Judge Snow stayed the case of Mr Ucar from his extradition proceedings to Turkey holding that it would be an abuse of process to continue. The extradition case had lasted over two years with 11 Court hearings. Extradition barrister Ben Keith was instructed by William Bergstrom at TV Edwards Solicitors.
