House of Lords Extradition Law Committee Publishes its report. The report concludes that the UK cannot be confident that its extradition regime is protecting human rights. Extradition barristers from 5SAH contributed to the work of the committee. Ben Keith gave evidence before the committee, in particular in relation to Human rights and assurances, Amelia Nice gave written evidence to the Committee on the interaction of extradition with Family Court proceedings, International Child Abduction and Human Trafficking and Louisa Collins submitted evidence on behalf of the Criminal Bar Association.
