Christopher May successfully prosecuted Owen Strong, who was sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court on 27th March to a total of 17 years imprisonment for a series of serious sexual offences against women and young children. It was the Prosecution case that he took advantage of their vulnerability, committing many of the offences while his victims were asleep. The sentencing Judge described his behaviour as "abhorrent".
He was also convicted of sexual assaults upon guests at his own wedding, unbeknown to his new bride who then went on honeymoon with him.
