The Claimant is a US company which had obtained Judgment against the Defendant Malcolm Parrish for fraudulent misrepresentation in the sum of $2,058,861.
The issue for the High Court to consider was whether the Judgment in the US had been obtained by Fraud, in breach of the rules of Natural Justices or was contrary to Public Policy.
