On 27 October 2016 Mr Justice Dingemans granted permission to appeal in the extradition case of Dzgoev v Government of the Russian Federation on all matters raised. Barrister Ben Keith represents Mr Dzgoev in his Russian extradition proceedings instructed by Anthony Hanratty at Kaim Todner Solicitors, a final hearing date is yet to be fixed.
