On Friday Mr Justice Collins allowed the appeal of Krajewski v Poland in re-considering the methods by which a Court in the UK can become involved for itself in the translation of an expression of blood alcohol per mile.
Following David's earlier Divisional Court victory, Jankowski v Poland, the Court rejected the possibility of the acceptance of further information relating to another specific case, as well as a new argument that the calculation was not required to satisfy the conduct test and dual criminality.
