On 3 March 2017, Ini Udom was instructed by Marie Dancer at Richard Nelson LLP to represented a pharmacist at the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council) facing fitness to practise proceedings.
The pharmacist was at risk of being removed from the register, however as a result of her representations, a 6-month suspension order was imposed instead.
