Court of Appeal dismisses appeal under para 322(1A) of the immigration rules

The Court of Appeal (Civil Divison) dismissed the appeal of Chanda v Secretary of State For the Home Department brought under paragraph 322(1A) of the Immigration Rules.  Ben Keith was instructed by the Government legal department.
