The case of the UAE v AH was discharged by Deputy Senior District Judge Ikram on 11 December 2018.
The judge discharged AH as the allegations of cheque fraud were not supported by evidence from the UAE. The CPS declined to appeal the ruling. AH was represented by Ben Keith instructed by Renata Pinter at Dalton Holmes Gray Solicitors.
