Ben Keith is to speak at the United Nations sponsored conference in Doha, Qatar on 14 and 15 April.
The two-day conference organised by the National Human Rights Committee and the United Nations will discuss ‘international mechanisms to combat impunity and ensure accountability’.
Ben Keith along with Aidan Ellis at Temple Garden Chambers are authoring a presentation on the use of remedies in human rights law for the conference.
Ben Keith is a barrister specialising in Extradition, Immigration, Serious Fraud, Human Rights and Public law. He has extensive experience of appellate proceedings before the Administrative and Divisional Courts, as well as applications and appeals to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and United Nations. He has significant expertise in the challenge of INTERPOL Red Notices. He is ranked in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 in the top tiers. He has particular expertise in human rights and extradition proceedings in post-soviet states including Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Kazakhstan. He represents politically exposed persons in immigration, extradition and financial proceedings.
