Mark Cotter Q.C., led Nick Jones defending in a high value complex confiscation case arising out of a multi-million pound land banking and investment fraud. The case was heard at Croydon Crown Court.
The Crown were initially seeking a benefit figure of £2.7 million. However, Mark and Nick were able to negotiate a nominal settlement of £625. Instructed by Nadia Ryman of Blackfords LLP.
