'A set offering significant expertise in serious extradition cases with strength at both the junior and silk levels. It regularly handles a wide range of extradition matters relating to prison conditions, political corruption and fraud proceedings. Interviewees appreciate the set's barristers, noting: "All the barristers know the law better than the judges. I feel the cases are in safe hands when their barristers are instructed as counsel."'
The Proceeds of Crime and Asset Forfeiture team is one of the go-to sets for POCA work and continues to be ranked at band 2. Andrew Bird is again ranked as a Star Individual. James Fletcher remains a band 1 leading junior and Gary Pons also continues his ranking within the field. Many congratulations to Sarah Wood who is ranked in the guide for the first time.
