Alecsandra Manning-Rees instructed by Victoria Rees of Richard Nelson LLP successfully defends Teacher accused of maladministration of GCSE results.
The TRA brought a case against Teacher A for maladministration of exam results and a lack of supervision of pupils. Following cross-examination of the two main witnesses in the case it became clear that there was no link between the evidence presented and Teacher A.
Alecsandra secured the dismissal of all allegations against the teacher at half time. The panel for the TRA agreed with submissions that there was no satisfactory evidence upon which the case could proceed.
As a result the case concluded with no findings against the teacher on day 2 of a predicted 5 day hearing, allowing Teacher A to continue an unblemished career.
