On 11 August 2022, the Court of Appeal consisting of Lord Justice Arnold, Lord Justice Dingemans and Lord Justice Warby gave judgment in relation to the interpretation of paragraph 276B of the Immigration Rules and the 10 year long residence route. They dismissed the Appellant's appeal.
