John’s client, charged with possessing Class A and Class B drugs with intent to supply, was arrested with a large quantity of high-purity cocaine in a car. Further quantities of cocaine and cannabis were found at his home.
The trial involved evidence relating to his previous convictions for conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin and possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
On 24th November 2023, a jury at Salisbury Crown Court returned not guilty verdicts on all counts.
