We are delighted to welcome Dharmendra (Dee) Toor to 5SAH Chambers, who joins our Crime and International teams.
Called to the Bar in 2010, Dee joins with a focus on serious organised crime, cybercrime, financial crime, and POCA proceedings. He offers a proven record of hard work, meticulous preparation, and persuasive advocacy.
Dee has a significant practice as a leading junior and led junior, instructed by domestic & international law firms, and specialist CPS Complex Casework Units. Dee has unrivalled cybercrime experience, with extensive knowledge of all cyber-dependent offending.
Recent instructions include Operation Ulex; and the prosecution of a notorious hacking collective proven to be responsible for serious hacks on multi-billion-dollar companies such as Rockstar Games (Grand Theft Auto), Uber, and Nvidia.
He is experienced in the disclosure and deployment of internationally obtained material. Many of his cases involve an international dimension and cross-border issues.
