The Requested Person was wanted in Poland for assault and robbery committed in 2010. Despite the RP accepting that he was a fugitive, the judge was persuaded that the effect of extradition on his partner and four children, one of whom is only 4 months old, would be a disproportionate interference with their Article 8 rights.
