On 25th November 2024, John Warrington, Deputy First Junior Counsel to the Inquiry, called evidence from a Category I (miscarriage of justice) core participant. The witness gave evidence about the acquisition of a firearm and that an undercover Special Branch police officer offered to drive him in order to shoot a vivisector.
