Gemma Rose, led by Martin Evans KC and instructed by Andrew Ford at Holborn Adams Solicitors, acted for the Tate brothers in a forfeiture claim by Devon and Cornwall Police under Part 5 of POCA 2002.

The proceedings related to several bank (and crypto) accounts containing millions of pounds, which were said to have been obtained by tax evasion and money laundering.
