Ini Udom
Ini is a barrister specialising in regulatory work and complex criminal cases. In her Professional Regulation & Disciplinary practice, Ini appears in cases before the General Dental Council, General Pharmaceutical Council, Social Work England, General Medical Council and Health and Care Professions Council. She is an appointed chairperson, sitting on the Nursing and Midwifery Council's Fitness to Practise Panel. Ini has been appointed to the General Dental Council panel (band B) and the London Boroughs Legal Alliance panel (band A). Ini is ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for her fraud work.
Guy Micklewright
Guy is a specialist fitness to practise, disciplinary and regulatory barrister, having practised in the area for 16 years, acting for both regulators and individuals subject to regulatory action. Guy has particular experience of complex disciplinary cases before a variety of healthcare, accountancy, legal, and engineering regulators. Guy regularly acts for students before university disciplinary and fitness to practise panels. Many of the cases he acts in concern allegations of serious sexual misconduct by students. Guy is able to advise clients through these procedurally challenging cases, which require specialist knowledge to handle appropriately.
Amy Woolfson
Amy is a barrister with a multi-disciplinary practice. She has extensive experience of professional discipline and regulatory cases, and a growing education law practice. In education law, Amy has acted for parents in disputes with private and state schools, and has advised parents facing prosecution under the Education Act 1996. Amy is experienced in resolving education disputes with the minimum of conflict.
