5 St Andrew's Hill invites you to attend the third seminar in our Autumn Series at 5SAH. The seminar will be presented by our expert barristers in our Extradition and International Team.
The Seminar will be presented by:
Ben Keith: who will discuss the interaction between Extradition and Asylum proceedings including:
- Interpol Red Notices;
- Tactics in Part 2 cases;
- Expert evidence.
Mark Smith: will provide his analysis of the use of further information to clarify a European Arrest Warrant and the changes in the law (section 2 of the Extradition Act 2003).
The Seminar will take place on Thursday 19 October 2017 at 6pm with drinks and nibbles to follow.
