On 15th December 2016, Mr Justice Supperstone allowed this appeal on Article 8 grounds. Following lengthy proceedings he was eventually persuaded that it would be disproportionate to extradite Ms Parlinska for numerous dishonesty offences. Natasha Draycott, instructed by Mr. Leftheris Ridgeway (Bullivant Law Solicitors), argued that following investigation by social services the Appellant’s ex partner could no longer be relied upon to care for her two children and that matters had sustainably changed since the case was heard by the lower court.
