Sarah Fairbairn’s client was unanimously acquitted of all six counts including supplying class A drugs, that he faced following a trial at Croydon Crown Court
The Defendant accepted possession of over 5kg of MDMA, cocaine and ketamine but successfully ran a modern slavery defence with regard to three counts, having been forced to hold the drugs following threats to him and his family. The Defendant denied knowledge of all other drugs found in his car and bedroom and was unanimously acquitted of all six counts after just one hour deliberation.
